Creating the Smart Paste custom properties

The Smart Paste add-on requires some custom document properties.

To create the Smart Paste custom properties:

  1. In a new or any existing custom property set, create the custom property definitions listed in the following table as described in Creating, editing, and deleting custom property sets and Creating, editing, and deleting custom property definitions.

Note    In the following table, the property values must be set exactly as described. Field codes must begin with three digits. Properties not listed are optional.

User code value of destination folder for Smart Paste operations.

Supplier's document revision number

  1. If the custom property set is not set as default for all documents, add the custom property set to the document types that will use the Smart Paste add-on as described in Adding and removing custom document properties.
